About Us

For 50 years the The National Spa and Pool Institute of South Africa (NSPI) has dedicated its efforts to bringing industry professionals together thereby creating an atmosphere in which business alliances can be formed, educational horizons are expanded and network opportunities are enhanced.

The NSPI goal in partnership with reputable swimming pool & spa companies, is to drive the shared commitment to providing a professional reliable service, consumer education and public safety. We strive to create awareness and promote the interests of the industry, thereby increasing consumer confidence. We aim to distinguish our members from non-member companies.

The NSPI has undoubtedly played an important role in promoting the swimming pool industry in Southern Africa. With a strong dedicated working committee, the NSPI and its Member partners have grown from strength to strength over the years.

Further to promoting consumer goodwill and confidence within our industry we also assist consumers with queries and/or justifiable complaints they may have with members or non-members.
